These Terms of Use govern your use of shiftify.us. Use of the Shiftify platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between 3 Twelves Inc and the customer organization.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape content at scale, send automated traffic without permission, or impersonate another person or organization.

Intellectual property

Shiftify, TalentOS, ReadyCore, PlacementCore, ShiftOps, TimeBill, TrueRate, SignStream, InsightCore, ConnectLayer and the Shiftify logo are trademarks of 3 Twelves Inc. The TrueRate methodology, Shiftify Operational Pillars, Execution Loop, scoring logic, and related models are confidential trade secrets. Nothing on this site grants any license to use them.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranty. Information about the Shiftify platform is illustrative until a written agreement is executed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 Twelves Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
